Want to start business on phone calls only which registrations requird

I want to start business of telephonic consultation on my personal prepaid cell phone, what will be the registration procedure and which documents are required for that? after that i want to generate bill to against party which I talked over phone. can i start this business and if someone not pay me then can I go for legal action against him?
Yes, you can commence business of telephonic consultation via your Personal Prepaid Cell Phone. Well, if you need to run business of mere rendering legal advice on call, then, you must have completed LL.B at least, however, you cannot practice as an Advocate without seeking valid licence from either Bar Council of India or concerned State Bar Council by giving an exam
