Can sole proprietorship converted into partnership? nIs it possible to use same firm name in partnership agreement too which is used at present in sole proprietorship?

Ye, a sole proprietorship firm can be converted into a partnership firm. Whether or not the same firm will be available will depend upon whether that firm name is available with the registrar of companies
