I am thinking to rent a place near by some colleges, that will be used for providing quality time by means of movie dates or candle light dinners to couples, customers will mostly be students of nearby colleges, so do I need any permission or a license, permit or anything for opening this a business?
Yes, you need to take a Shop Establishment or a Trading Licence from the concerned Municipal Corporation or Municipal Council to commence this business of arranging Candle Light Dinners in your Restaurant, separate licence to screen Movies in your Restaurant. FSSAI Licence to serve food in your Restaurant by Online and Offline means.
