procedure for starting ecommerce business

 I want to start my e commerce business. My business is in planning stage right now. What legal procedure do i have to follow to start my business. Is it legal to sell 1st copy(replica) products? And what if i get bill etc. Is it still illegal. What is MSME registration? Should we register with it in starting phase.

You have to get your company registration done to start any business of this sort of. You are not required to get yourself registered under MSME rather the registration of Press Note 3 is compulsory for the e-commerce company.
Besides this you can't sell the counterfeit products even if you are giving bills to the buyer. Selling of counterfeit products are punishable under the criminal laws of India.

Well first you need to share your business plan for proper advice. You can start your business by first forming the entity, either- sole proprietorship, LLP, partnership, OPC or a private co. You would also need to registered under GST, Income tax etc. Any replica which is in breach of any third party proprietary trade mark will be illegal, unless you have some arrangement with the owner. MSME are limited to very specific sectors mostly in manufacturing.
