Dear Sir, The agent in this case, if acting on behalf of the Company, would have been authorized by the Company to work on behalf of Company, by means of a letter, i.e. Authority letter. If the aagent is not able to produce the same, you should refrain from signing the aggreement. Furhter, an agreement has to be made on a stamp paper of Rs 50 or more.

Dear concern,
Please take note -
All commercial agreement which are signed in between the parties are signed on the letterhead of the company which is the first party for the contract and you do not need to get that agreement signed on the stamp paper.
Only such contract gets signed on stamp paper in which government is the party or that pertains to sale/purchase/mortgage/lease/will etc which is required to be informed to the government.
Your agreement will be signed on the letterhead of the company whose dealership you are taking and both the party will put its stamp and seal over the same. Two witness will verify that agreement and that will be all.
