Ministry of Tourism Guidelines provide for the minimum size of rooms that are required to be present in the star-category hotels or lodges. These range from 120 sq. ft for 1 and 2 star hotels, and up to 200 sq. ft. for 5-star hotels. These room sizes are calculated excluding the bathroom area.
