How to handle employee arrested in sexual harassment case

We are a small start up (pvt lrd company with 2 directors) and 4 employees. One of our employees (business development ) was not in office yesterday. Later in the afternoon, We were visited by two policemen, who wanted his contact details. They informed us that he was arrested for a sexual harassment case. We do not have any idea of the case or the lady. We are of the decision to let him go. How do we handle this situation?
