How to get non disclosure agreements made

Our company provides for educational products to schools. We are required to tie up with several service providers who tie up with us and provide the product to schools. We need non disclosures, agreements that safeguard our company on matters of exclusivity, ensuring our ideas aren't spoken about and copied. We want to legaly bind the school and our service providers who may be individuals and company's.

prior most requirements of Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA) is terms between the parties. Basically there are three types of NDA that parties can enter into namely (i) Unilateral (ii) Bilateral and (iii) Mulitlateral.
Facts of the case matters in drafting of every agreement. However according to me you should get your NDA drafted cautiously and Specify what amounts to "Confidential Information" in your NDA as it will play vital role and also get it stamped as well as registered according to Registration Laws to make it legally binding.
