GST creation and address proof issue

I want to create my GST no. However for address proof , I don't have a lightbill on my name, I live in my maternal grandfather's house and lightbill is in their name, he passed away long ago. As an inheritance of property, my mother and I live here so can you help us with the address proof what we need to do to create address proof I have two maternal uncle's too. Which document I need to create and how?

since you are staying in your ancestral maternal property, the ownership of which lies with your late grand father. Hence in order to establish ownership rights you need to obtain heirship certificate from a competent court of appropriate jurisdiction else purchase a new property in your name to have a permanent address for your GST registration.
