E commerce Website Dear Sir I wish to open an ecommece website with Lucky Draw option. If Customers buys product app will generate Ticket. After product sold out lucky draw will conducted and award prizes cash prize or product. Is Possible to make legal Service for this operation?

lottery probation act enabled in Tamilnadu you simply does not allow you to provide lucky draw contest in your application. however I have personally work with many startups that have a lucky draw kind of application in the program Barren we can always make room for provisions in such a way that there is any question by government or government agency, we can call the the app for the contest as a game of skill rather than a game of luck.
