customizing watches with brand name and selling it on my own platform

if i buy any branded watch and the customizes its appearance , and selling it in market with brand name on my platform. is doing it legal or not?

This can constitute trademark infringement and passing off. the customization involves replicating or modifying the brand’s protected designs, logos, or artistic works, you may infringe on their design or copyright rights
