Contract between e-com store supplier and reseller and GST info

Good day, I am seeking legal advice for my upcoming e-commerce venture in India. Need a contract review and guidance on GST registration and other licensing requirements." I need to know when the registration is required and how much would it cost. I am an Indian residing in a foreign country and do not posses a PAN card, only driver's license, aadhaar etc. Also, need guidance on tax policies I may be subjected to.
