Company opened in Africa Can I file Injuction to stop sale of shares

04-Sep-2024 (In Startup Law)
Hi so my father and his partner opened a company in Africa. My father is from India. They both are 50% partners. So there is pressure from the partner to my father to give up his shares because of reasons. I have WhatsApp proof where my father says should I send a message to the partner where in detail he provides information saying the wrongdoings and pressure put by the partner. Now my father is deciding to give his full 50% share because of the pressure. Can I stop this and file injunction?

Hi, What are the reasons because of which the partner is asking your father to give up his shares? Also, is your father in a legal agreement with the partner? Such as a shareholder agreement or Founders agreement or any other agreement of other types. Kindly respond to these questions and reach out to me.
