Cigarette Delivery Online - Start Up

Dear Sir, Can we sell cigarette online in Delhi, NCR? If No, This what is the procedure to get such kind of permission, Please advise.

There is no such prohibition on selling cigarettes through online medium, however, the online portal will still have to adhere to the restrictions under the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (PARTCPSD) Act.

Yes you can sell cigarettes online via the platform but there are certain do's and regulations which you need to follow in order to sell your cigarettes online there is a particular bare act assigned to it . One of the most important thing which we have to keep in mind is that we need to create a system which will prohibit us from selling the tobacco and cigarette products to minor also one must never Advertise or promote consumption of cigarette. There is need for various legal documentation which is to be done, in order to create a legally safe startup.
