Can I start a company being a professor in an Indian university?

28-Aug-2023 (In Startup Law)
I am PhD from IIT Bombay and doing postdoc in Netherlands. I will like to apply for assistant professor job in India after 2-3 years. Is/Are there any Indian law(s) which prevent us from founding a company being a full time professor in an Indian university? If not, then, can the university administration stop a professor from doing that. Thank you.

Well, you can commence a Company parallely with working as a full time Professor in IIT Bombay, however, when IIT, Bombay will come to know about it, they can terminate you from the job of Professorship.
