Sir, Congratulations on your new start up. You can definitely refer those Terms and Conditions for your business references. However i will not advice you to do exact xerox of those t&c.

Terms and conditions are not a copyrighted material.

You can copy language of terms and conditions given on a website, but you cannot copy their details.

Sometimes, there is a set language for some kind of contracts or declarations, such language is not copyrighted.
