Wrong Payment Recovery Happened Through phone pay

My Customer send money to Another number which exactly looks like my Number but one Digit difference is there.He didn't know about it because he is uneducated.How can we Recover That Amount sir??

This appears to be a case of mistaken transfer due to a minor digit error. Immediate action is crucial for recovery. You should: 1. Contact the bank immediately and request a reversal/hold on the transaction by providing transaction details. 2. Lodge a complaint with the bank in writing and follow up without delay. 3. File a complaint with Cyber Crime (online or police) for wrongful gain by the recipient. 4. If the recipient refuses to return the amount, initiate legal proceedings for recovery. ⚖️ The recipient is legally bound to return money received by mistake. Retaining such amount amounts to unjust enrichment and wrongful gain. Prompt action significantly increases the chances of recovery. -
