the case for recovery can be filed before a Civil Judge in the court having jurisdiction of the area where the transaction has taken place. the fees aspect depends on the material that will be included in the suit alongwith other drafting ad well. for further queries please feel free to contact

firstly you can send legal notice notice after that they are not return your amount you can file recovery suit . filing of recovery suit amount of Rs twenty lacs approximately Rs twenty Thousand. dispersion by the adv. Amarjeet kumar
