Kisi party ko maal ke against paisa advance diya but vo na mal de raha hai na paisa return kar raha hai Aaj 5month se pareshan hu Kya Koi legal action le sakta hu
In this case you can file a civil suit under the provisions of recovery suit.you can also file a police complaint in the police station under the provisions of section 420 of the civil procedure code. If you want only money then you can file the recovery suit under order 32 of CPC.
