I put landsale unregistred agrmnt wit my tenant who livd fr more thn 30yrs, fr '1c .15lkhs' proprty ,he paid 40lkhs as an initial amnt ,bt in argmnt we hve mentiond the entire amnt shld be paid withn 3mnths ,if nt? he ned to pay the intrst 2% monthly fr the rest amnt ,we hvnt mentiond the tym limit fr the unregstred agrmnt,the 3yrs agremnt gona end withn 3mnths nw,he filed a case against me states- he wil pay only the rest amnt,without intrst n agrment,pls tell me the validatn fr an unregsted agrmnt? cn i able to gt the 2%intrst n court ordr whch i mentnd?any case gt judmnt ? i need a details
