What is the format for a Legal Notice

FIR filed against a person who had to give back 9lakhs to me (including interest). Since FIR was filed, the person, even before enquiry started, that person paid back the principal amount. When I asked about the interest amount of 1lakh, he switched off his mobile, and no further communication. I would like to send a legal notice for the interest recovery and case charges. Can anyone share the format for the same. Thanks in advance.
THe format for the same can be found on the website. you can also write it in a form of letter stating the pending amount which is due towards you in the form of interest. it would be advisable if you send it across on the letter head of a lawyer
