Want to take action by sending legal notice on recovery of money

A person have taken 1.4 lakh rupees 2.5 year ago as a loan in which he should also give interest on but he just gave intrest on that money for 3-4 mounth and then he stoped giving any money he demanded to give all our money back but he refused and now we asked then he js gave 20 k and then saud ge wont give anymore so i want to take action by sending legal notice but i dont have his exact address but i have all evidence his number and phone recording and WhatsApp text and money transfer frombank
sir but if you don't have his address then where legal notice is served. plz trace his address first after that you can start litigation proceedings. but if you don't have address then impossible to locate him and enforcement for refund the money back.

Send him a legal notice via email and WhatsApp, and subsequently take the matter to court if he fails to return the money. However, I believe the issue could be resolved through the legal notice itself, provided it is drafted effectively.
