Vendor claiming dues without any bills or contract
18-Jun-2023 (In Recovery Law)
A vendor claiming for dues without any proofs like a bill , contract or agreement..threatening of sending legal notice. What are the implications and and to handle it?
If he/she doesn’t have any bill of his/her claims then you need not worry. Wait for the legal notice if any. And if there’s no agreement/contract then how he/she can claim money from you. You can in turn serve him/her a legal notice regarding the harassment you have faced because of it. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
there will be no implications as there is no documentary proof as you yourself are saying it.
if you receive a legal notice you can send a reply to the same through an advocate

You need to reply to the notice sent to you by the vendor. In case he is threatening you, you can file a complaint against him. You need to respond to his acts otherwise if he files any case against you, your defence would be weak.
You need to immediately hire an advocate to get the apprehension intimation drafted n then submit the same to concerned police station. In case he sends u any legal notice u need to reply to the same ..! B in touch
