Urgent Legal Consultation Required Regarding Civil Court Notice

21-Feb-2026 (In Recovery Law)
I have received a court notice from the Civil Court, Palanpur, Banaskantha, Gujarat regarding a loan matter (around ₹16,000–₹20,000). I checked the official district court website using the case number, but it shows “No records found.” I would like to understand: 1. Whether this notice appears genuine. 2. What would be the best course of action from my side.

if you have not got involved in any financial transaction with some party that has been mentioned in that notice then you do not have to bother. but if in case you had some financial dealings with that other party then you better contract and advocate.
