Unpaid dues n loans by relatives

I withdrew 200000 by cheque n have cash also 200000 by cheques and gave my relatives loan to pay with 10% int per year but they are not responding inspite of legal notices

You have to file a recovery suit before the City Civil Court in order to recover your dues from your relatives if they are not responding to he legal notices sent by your Advocate. They would need to appear before the Court and be answerable for not returning your money.
