UNNECESSARY BANK HARASSMENT ON DAILY BASIS

I have last used Flipkart pay later in the year 2020. I have paid the dues and after that closed the Flipkart ac. Now after 5 years for the last 2/3 months suddenly IDFC First Bank harassing me 3/4 times on daily basis. They demanding unpaid due of Rs 390. Flipkart CS told me "no dues" but bank harassing me on a daily basis with abusive tone!! Not providing any details of dues !! What can I do ?
