University is not refunding my fee

I have paid my admission fee in iilm University but next day I got admission in better university. So I contacted iilm to cancel my admission and refund me my fee . They said I'm eligible for full refund and they would refund me in 2-3 weeks but 1month has occurred and they are still saying in 3-4 weeks we will refund you . What should I do?

You may issue a legal notice to them through an Advocate mentioning all facts and warning them that if money would not be refunded then you can take legal action. Thanks and Regards
