Unable to pay the outstanding amount

Due to covid and several job loss. I came under severe financial constraints for which I was not able to pay of the Credit Card dues. Now they have filed a case in Lok adalatI'm not in Delhi look for a job in other cities through friends so what will happen I don't attendPlease contact me on whatsapp first so that just in case I'm in an interview I can call back or respond immediately.

It was better for you if you had filed a legal notice earlier regarding your inability to pay the outstanding amount. You will be properly summoned if they have actually filed a case against you. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You need to hire an advocate who can appear on your behalf in Lok adalat n do settlement in the least amount n in few instalments ! This is the best option u can do ! Kindly b in touch if u want us to appear on your behalf ! Thanks
