Unable to Pay EMI on unsecured loans

Hello Sir/Madam,
I have an outstanding loan of 55 Lakhs from various institutional lenders including Banks & NBFC's. My monthly EMI obligation has gone beyond my monthly salary income and i am left with only one month of time before which my EMI's will start to get defaulted. I am single and do not own any assets. I lost all the money through stock market trading through several years. What is the best step i can take now to avoid unforeseen complications. Please help. Thank you.
