Unable to get me refund for cancelled flight tickets

My tourist visa got rejected and had to cancel my flight tickets, checked with airlines that refund has already been processed 2 months back however, travel agent is ignoring calls and emails and not refunding the amount. All the conversation happened over the phone and email. Travel agency is in Delhi and I reside in Hyderabad.
First of all you need to send a compulsory legal notice to the defaulter for the recovery of your money in which you have to write to give your money within 15 days or face legal action. After that he will be duty bound to reply to that notice. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
