Two wheeler loan 2018-2022 (overdues left)


30-Aug-2025 (In Recovery Law)
They took payment of around 3k as loan settlement( but lied) , after few months(feb 2025) again told us to write request letter and after that took around 4k more (saying you will get noc in 30 days), now after few months they again started calling for recovery. This time we visited branch and they are telling your loan is still open with 20k+ overdue charges. (After bargain telling to settle at 7k) So basically there agents twice lied and took money, we cant pay 7k now, so i want legal guide
