Took money from someone not able to return she is threatening

I took money from somebody without any legal documentation. She is asking it back by tomorrow or threatening to send a court notice. I dont have means to pay it back immediately but offerred to pay in emis. She is not agreeing. I have a low credit score and could not get loans and i dont have any assets in my name. Please assist.

Dear sir/ Madam, If you are taken from any one, that is humanity to return the same amount to whom given money in our difficult time. And if yu want to avoid that amount and if you are not excute any documents you can Handel case what ever case filed against you.
