Took loan from vendors they are harassing me for repayment

I lost big money in Restaurant business where i lost my liquid and fixed assets.. in crisis I taken some amount from local private vendors Now I need time and protection legally where they behind with illegal ways kindly suggest me..
In case you have borrowed money from the vendors, you are bound to pay them back. They need to file a recover suit in a civil court to recover the amount. If they are threatening you or using illegal ways to recover the amount then you can make a police complaint regarding such threats.
