Took loan from company they are threatening me to take legal action

i had borrowed a loan from fullerton company , i have stopped giving the emis since last 6 months , they are threatning me to take legal action against me , by saying that my job will be lost if they take any legal action i am in a private company ,at the same time they are requesting me to deposit the emis at my own convenience ,please let me know that if they do take any legal action will my job be at risk ,particularly if a civil case is filled against me .
You can approach the creditor company, they can provide you better payments options. If you fail to pay back the amount then the creditors can recover the amount by filing a recovery suit under 37 of CPC which is a civil summary suit. In case of a civil suit your job will not be at risk.
