Took loan for car which got stolen informed them they sent notice

I have taken car loan in Kotak bank, I paid 2 years loan, but 4 months my car as be theft & I have loged a police complaint & send the same to kotak advocates & kotak bank 2 months back only, by now they have send the arbitration notice. What should I do now?
You should reply the arbitration notice and if arbiration take place then you should contest the same
