You will not go to jail you get a lawyer to mark your appearance tomorrow with an exemption application and you will be exempted from appearing in court that day, kindly get in touch with me with all the relevant case information, and I will guide you accordingly. Regards.

Dear Client, The case you are referring to is most likely filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act or recovery proceedings by the bank. The status “appearance of accused / furnishing of bail bond / framing of notice” means the court has directed you to be present, accept the notice, and furnish a personal bond/bail bond to ensure your presence in the case. I can assist you with the proceedings.
