Technical problem ECS bounce issue

Hi i took some loan from kotak and all was well till i took another loan on kotak credit card after one year of first loan. Then this bounce issue started i.e if emi of one got deducted another bounces and vice versa. I informed the bank about this many a times but instead of a permanent solution they are asking for neft payment every month and if i am denying to neft and told them to deduct they are sending me legal notice. What should i do as i cant just do neft every month please suggest something ?
