Tailor is not ready to give my blouse nor ready forcompansation

The tailor took advance money to stich another blouse. Neither she stiched another blouse nor she is ready to give that advance amount. She is not giving my pre- designed and stiched blouse which I gave for reference to stich mine another blouse, not even ready to give compansation.

Well, you can file a Case in Consumer Forum against this tailor for not providing you the stitched blouse as promised. You can file this case on the ground of malpractice, Defeciency in Services, etc.
