Swiggy not listening to my complaint & taking Action

I had ordered food from the swiggy food app one day. The delivery boy didn't give me my food, he had by mistake or because of lack of understanding delivered my order to the first place he visited to deliver. Actually, he was supposed to give 2 orders. He gave both of them to the first place he visitedI had written a complaint about this incident on swiggy customer care(in-app chat support), mailed them on their mail id & even wrote on Twitter about my complaint but no action was taken, they were not listening to my complaint. Finally, I complained to the consumer forum about this,swiggy didn't investigate this issue & just on seeing the technical details that the OTP has been received by the delivery boy closed my complaint & no action was taken against the delivery boy. Swiggy didn't even contact me once to understand this incident they just mailed me their judgment & closed the matter. I have the call recording where the delivery boy has confessed his mistake of messing up.
