Struggling to return someone's money.

Dear team, I'm deaf disability and currently facing financial issues. I lost my mom and borrowed a loan for her first death anniversary in March. In April, my baba was in ICU for more than a month, and I borrowed again, which I am returning. One of the bike mechanics helped me with 4000 for my bike repair, but when I politely requested him for more time, he was not cooperative, took my bike seat until I pay his amount, and is now harassing me.

Dear Client, I understand your situation and the financial stress you are going through. Legally, the bike mechanic cannot keep your bike seat or any part of your vehicle as security for repayment, as this amounts to unauthorized possession and harassment. You can file a written complaint at your nearest police station for criminal intimidation or harassment under Sections 503 and 506 IPC Would you like me to make the written complaint in pdf form
