Son left college after 2 yrs. College asking rest fees for marksheets.

my son has joined mvj college of engineering,whitefield,he has left in 2 year,now college is demanding fees for balance two years to return the original markshhet
with the concern above you cannot do much regarding this except for filing a complaint or case against them for asking money for the marksheet. If you have a proof of them demanding money it would be better in putting the complaint
