My name is Gaurav Jetly, I am unable to pay credit card outstanding which is 3 Lakh its been 3 moths already bank keep giving me calls eveyday and people they are coming and asking for money. Also, they are giving calls on my fathers cell. However, I dont have job tell me what to do. Thanks
in this case you can have a mutual talk with them and you can settle the matter. as in your case the bank has all the rights to recover their dues from you. you also need to analyze the nature of agreement you entered into with bank, so that it would be made clear that what are the terms of the recovery on default of payment.
