SARFAESI Act-ன் கீழ் உங்கள் சொத்தை ஏலம் விடுவதற்கு முன், நீங்கள் நிலுவையில் உள்ள முழு கடன் தொகை, வட்டி மற்றும் செலவுகளை செலுத்தினால், வங்கி அந்த சொத்தை ஏலம் விட முடியாது. இதுவே Section 13(8)-ன் நோக்கம்.

this is a redemption notice which a bank will send before the sale notice... giving opportunity for the borrower to close the loan before auctioning the secured property. it is mandatory that the Bank issues the redemption notice.. if sale notice is issued without issuing the redemption notice then the sale notice becomes void
