Shall I submit Written arguments again, when Vakalath filed and all the Docs transferred from Dist. court, to State commission appeal and case is under hearing stage, meanwhile , shall I change the status from in-person to Lawyer appointing to handle my case

Hi. In order to determine the correct steps in your case the status of the Appeal has to be determined. If the appeal is pending and all the pleadings are complete then opportunity to file a written argument is usually granted by the court. Please get in touch for further discussion.
