Seeking Advice: Loan Default & Recovery Conduct

21-Feb-2026 (In Recovery Law)
I am currently unemployed and have multiple unsecured personal loans and credit card dues overdue for about 45–60 days. Recovery agents are making frequent calls, one field visit occurred, and third parties were contacted when I was unreachable. I acknowledge the debts but cannot pay immediately due to hardship. What are my legal rights, risks of court/arbitration after 90 days, and how should I handle recovery pressure?

In the present situation your legal rights are to pay up whatever amount or money that you have : the creditors have a right to dispose of your assets to recover the loans. but you cannot at this situation decide whom to pay how much and whomnot to pay. if you have nothing to pay you should present the situation before the Court. you need to be prepared to spend some amount to lawyers and court to do this.
