School Admission pre-school 2022-23 cancelled, but authority not Refun

I, admitted my child in DAV pushpanjali Delhi in pre School 2022-23, on 15th Feb 22 and withdrawn admission on 22 March 22, but School Authority refused to refund the whole amount I paid.
They are duty bound to refund your security. There’s always a portion that is refundable. If they are not listening to you then you can always send them a legal notice and demand your refund and if you want to go legal then you can file a complaint with the PS of your area. We need to check the terms of cancellation on the receipt or admission form you signed n not oral commitment. If there is no such document executed by you then we need to send one legal notice to school followed by suit for recovery .. b in touch
