Salary account huge negative balance Arbitration award


17-Dec-2025 (In Recovery Law)
I have loan 10 lakh in Icici. I couldn't pay last 2 years. In 2024 I got settlement offer of 4 lakh and i pay 2.4 lakh but in 2025 i cannot pay any amount. In online sama. Live today can see arbitration award and my Federal bank salary account is in 8.7 lakh in negative balance and freeze. How to solve the issue and unfreeze my salary account. I got 4/5 notice in mail. Now for me i cannot survive.

Did you receive any legal notice or any notice regarding this arbitration? If not, we can move from there. If yes then we need to find a different way around. There is no reason to panic. We can connect and discuss this further.
