Hi Team I have purchased a flat and intially made 20% of paymnets ,After my payments Society got to NCLT ,Now how i can get my flat regitered through NCLT ,What form i should file to NCLT for claim I need the flat not the amount which i paid Which section of law will help me to get the same flat which i booked

Hello sir / madam, Kindly give further clarification 1. What kind was case was filed in NCLT? 2. Have you made any further payment after 20% ? Please give further clarification regarding the same.
