Requesting urgent guidance regarding debt

Dealing with unemployment right now and in a lot of debt (20L+). I tired to take loans to pay loans, took from friends and family in hopes to turn things around. Got even deeper. Tried to keep everything afloat so my family didn't have to deal with people coming to home and harassing them when I'm not at home. Requesting guidance on how I can get out alive from this mess I've created. Most loans are from Apps. Please help me. EMIs will start in a day and I really don't know how I can survive.
