Requested to reduce the EMI amount and increase time but bank disagree

Hi All, I have taken personal loan from fullerton india 258,000 AUD and I have paid 7 EMI's till Aug 2015, however due to family health issues and job problem i have not paid the EMI's till now. And also I am not in a condition to pay the EMI for 3 more month since I moved to my previous organization with less salary due to the current company has no work to do. My position become redudant. I have mailed them stating please reduce the EMI amount and increase the tenure and also please reschedule the EMI from May 2016 to settle down the things here are hyderabad, But they are not agreeing .
First thing you can do is approach the financial organization personally and let them know about your financial difficulties, they can provide you with a better payment plan. You are bound to payback the amount that you took as a loan.
